Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350℉.
Cream together the softened butter and sugars with an electric mixer for about 2-3 minutes.
Add the egg and the vanilla and mix again for another 2-3 minutes.
Sift the flour, baking powder, and baking soda together in a medium bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Fold in the Heath baking bits.
Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough into a ball and place them 2-3 inches apart on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes and let cookies cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
