Pumpkin Bread With Cinnamon Sugar Topping

Ingredients
  

For the Bread:

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 eggs room temperature
  • 15 oz canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla

For The Cinnamon Sugar Topping:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 2 loaf pans with cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together the 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 1/2 cups sugar, and 2 tsp cinnamon.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients- 15 oz canned pumpkin, 3 eggs, 1 cup vegetable oil, 2 tsp vanilla.
  • Then, pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix throughly until smooth.
  • Divide the mixture in between the two greased loaf pans.
  • To make the cinnamon sugar topping, mix together the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle the mixture on top of the batter. Using a knife, gently swirl the mixture on top.
  • Place in preheated oven for about 55-65 minutes. Or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool for 15 minutes and then enjoy!
