Peel, slice, and core all the apples.
Place apple slices into crockpot and sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon.
Stir until apple slices are coated well with the cinnamon and sugar.
Add in the water and cover.
Cook on high heat for 3-4 hours.
Once done cooking, either whisk the apples or use a potato masher to reach desired applesauce consistency. I used a potato masher to make it more chunky. If you prefer a smoother applesauce, use an immersion blender or whisk to mix.
Let cool slightly and enjoy!
To store leftover applesauce, place in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4-6 days!
