Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Melt butter and let it cool to room temperature.
Mix together the cup of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch in a large bowl and set aside.
Then, mix together the box cake mix, 2 eggs, and cooled, melted butter in the bowl of a stand mixer. Be sure to scrape the mixture down from the side of the bowl.
Spoon balls of cookie dough into the powdered sugar mixture and roll around until evenly coated.
Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet and then place into preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. I did just 10 minutes.
Let cool on a wire rack for another 10 minutes and enjoy!
