First, just cook and drain your pasta according to the package's directions. When done cooking, give it a rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
While your pasta is cooking, you can chop up all the veggies and set them aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the cooled pasta and all the chopped veggies.
Then, make the dressing. In a smaller bowl, whisk together extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar to create a smooth dressing base.
Then, add in the oregano, garlic powder (or minced garlic), and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
Drizzle the finished dressing over the pasta and make sure all the veggies are well coated with the dressing.
Then, gently mix in the feta cheese, and fresh basil and parsley. Cover and chill in the fridge at least 30 minutes before serving.
When ready to serve, you can also squeeze some fresh lemon juice on top if desired as well!
