Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream together the butter and the sugars in an electric mixer until light and fluffy- about 2 minutes.
Add in egg and beat well to mix together.
Beat in the orange and the vanilla extracts.
In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients at low speed until fully mixed.
Using a spatula, mix in the white chocolate chips and cranberries until incorporated.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place about 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 11-13 minutes in prepared oven.
Let cookies cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheet, then transfer to wire rack to let cool completely and enjoy!
