We squeezed in a spontaneous trip after an epic night at an Eric Church concert and before heading to Hilton Head Island… and honestly, it was SO worth it.

From strolling the historic downtown streets to shopping, eating, and soaking in all the southern charm, Savannah is seriously picture-perfect. We explored the iconic Riverwalk, admired the architecture, and of course had to stop by the stunning @jwmarriottsavannah Plant Riverside District to check out the fossils, geodes, and one-of-a-kind lobby 😍

We stayed at @thedraytonhotel which was the PERFECT location for walking everywhere (highly recommend if you’re planning a Savannah trip 👀), and wrapped up the night with dinner at @circa1875savannah 🤌✨

Hot take: we had the BEST time, but as die-hard Charleston lovers… Charleston still has our hearts 💛

Now it’s time to unwind and recharge in Hilton Head 🌊☀️

Endometriosis awareness doesn’t end when March does. 💛

For me (and millions of women) this is a daily battle, not just a “month.” Chronic pain, endless doctor visits, tests, and constantly fighting just to be heard… it’s exhausting, and it’s real.

This month has been especially hard. So many appointments, so many unknowns, and the emotional toll of advocating for your own health over and over again. Women’s pain deserves to be taken seriously the first time, not after we’ve fought to prove it.

I’ll keep using my voice, no matter how small this platform may feel, to raise awareness for endometriosis, chronic illness, and the realities of women’s healthcare. Because change only happens when we keep speaking up.

April brings a new chapter for me- my surgery is finally coming, and I’m holding onto hope that relief is on the other side. 🤍

But please remember: just because Endometriosis Awareness Month is over doesn’t mean this disease disappears. It affects millions of women every single day.

Between regular appointments with my PCP, referrals to specialists, booking consults with surgeons, seeing multiple OB-GYNs, cardiology appointments, and all the follow-ups in between… my calendar is basically just doctor visits at this point.

Living with a chronic illness like endometriosis means constantly advocating for yourself, seeing new specialists, running tests, and hoping someone finally has answers. It’s exhausting, expensive, and honestly overwhelming sometimes.

I keep wondering… will there ever be a month where I don’t have multiple medical appointments? Or is this just the reality of living with chronic illness? 😆

POV: You’re chronically ill and your doctor list is longer than your friends list. 🤣

Between regular appointments with my PCP, referrals to specialists, booking consults with surgeons, seeing multiple OB-GYNs, cardiology appointments, and all the follow-ups in between… my calendar is basically just doctor visits at this point.

Living with a chronic illness like endometriosis means constantly advocating for yourself, seeing new specialists, running tests, and hoping someone finally has answers. It’s exhausting, expensive, and honestly overwhelming sometimes.

I keep wondering… will there ever be a month where I don’t have multiple medical appointments? Or is this just the reality of living with chronic illness? 😆
