Sharing some cozy stills of my living room today. It’s still so cold here, I’m freezing and wishing I was next to our fireplace here instead 🥶 But I do finally have good news, I was able to schedule my excision surgery for endometriosis much sooner than anticipated yesterday! So I have it scheduled for April 29th and originally it wasn’t going to be until late summer. So I’m so thankful that it was pushed up sooner. I am hoping and praying it gives me some relief! It’s a very cold morning over here and I’m so glad

It’s a very cold morning over here and I’m so glad I don’t have to get out in it for work today! I can actually have a slow morning and enjoy a second cup of coffee! 🙌🏻 I think this is how every Monday morning should start out honestly! 😂 How did yall do in this winter storm this past weekend? Not going to lie, it was a big letdown for us. We just got a tiny bit of ice and that was it. And after they originally reported 20+ inches of snow earlier in the week, it was a super big let down for sure 🤣 Oh well. Maybe we will actually get some snow here sometime this winter 🤷🏻‍♀️

Don’t you just love it when this happens to you too?! And living with a chronic illness, like endometriosis, this unfortunately happens to me all the time. It’s not just stress or anxiety. Endometriosis is a full body disease and I’m tired of doctors not treating it as such. Or not diving deeper into further testing or possible treatments.
You’re basically just left with no help, no treatment, and handed the advice of just suck it up and deal with it. Women’s healthcare really deserves better and I’m tired of having to brace for a fight every time I have a doctor’s appointment just to try to get some answers. If you’re dealing with this too, please know you’re not alone either. Hopefully, we can make a difference and make endometriosis more researched, talked about, and get more treatment options soon 💛 #endometriosis #chronicillnessawareness #endometriosissupport #endometriosisawareness #endometriosisawareness
