My snow inspired tiered tray didn’t really work

My snow inspired tiered tray didn’t really work for me this past weekend. Yea we got some snow, but it was more like a dusting really and not as much as they were originally calling for. So needless to say I was disappointed! I’m hoping we get at least one good snow before the season is over. It’s been a few years since we got one so I would be super happy to see it! There’s talk of another one possibly next week so maybe we will get lucky then! ❄️

I don’t think I’ve ever shared the whole process of my hubby’s dream garage being built! Mainly because I was salty since that was where my stock tank pool was originally and I had to move it for the garage 😂 But now that it’s up and finished, I have to say, I do really like it! ☕️ Here’s a view of my cozy winter shelves! I love how they turned out. I just left all the greenery on them from Christmas, but took away all the vintage Santa’s and other super Christmasy things. And I think it’s perfect for these cold winter days! It’s been freezing here all week and I think tomorrow we are finally supposed to see some snow! ❄️

And I can’t wait because it’s been a few years since we had a decent snowfall here. So let’s hope it actually comes, and that the power doesn’t go off 😂 I love a good snow, but I definitely don’t want the power to go out. I think we all did our dues during Hurricane Helene since we were without it for 10 days so I definitely don’t want a repeat of that! 🤞🏻 But anyways, we shall see what tomorrow brings! Wow what a year 2024 has been! We went to so many

Wow what a year 2024 has been! We went to so many cool places (obviously Charleston multiple times 😂), Flora-Bama, Charlotte, and @tapocolodge 🏝️ We also saw all my favorite artists this year including Zach Bryan, Morgan Wallen, Eric Church and Luke Combs! 🙌🏻 Even saw all our favorite comedians too- Sebastian Maniscalco, Dusty Slay, and Nate Bargatze!
My brother graduated and is now a PT and we made some additions to our house including my favorite thing ever- the hot tub! 😉
But it wasn’t all sunshine and fun, we did live through Hurricane Helene this year and that was something I hope to never experience again. However, I am counting our blessings and am so, so thankful because looking back, it could have been so much worse. We still had an incredible year, even if we did spend our 8th Anniversary with no power, water, internet, or cell service 😂 It definitely made it more memorable for sure! So here’s to 2025 and may it be even better! Thankful for all of you and for all of God’s many blessings in our lives! ♥️
