Little Miss Riley is VERY particular when it comes

Little Miss Riley is VERY particular when it comes to cat toys. I can buy her the cutest toy ever and she’ll look at me like, “And what exactly am I supposed to do with this?” 🤣

But cat scratching pads?! Those are her absolute FAVORITE. She’s just about worn her old one out, so when I spotted this adorable Halloween cat scratching pad at Target, obviously I had to bring it home for her. 🎃

After a few very thorough sniffs, an inspection, and some test scratches… we officially have Riley’s approval! 👏🏻😹

Honestly, I’m just glad I managed to buy something that passed her incredibly strict quality-control standards. 😂

Anyone else have a super picky cat?! What’s the ONE toy or cat product they actually love?

If you love ooey gooey desserts, you NEED to make

If you love ooey gooey desserts, you NEED to make this Ooey Gooey Pumpkin Butter Cake this fall! 🎃🤤

Confession: I’m one of those people who would rather lick the batter or sneak some cookie dough than wait for the finished dessert. 🤣 And don’t come for me about the raw batter…I’ve been doing it my whole life and I’m still here 😜

Which is exactly why this pumpkin butter cake is one of my FAVORITE fall desserts. It’s fully baked, but the middle stays unbelievably soft, rich, and ooey gooey. 🙌🏻

You get a buttery yellow cake base topped with a creamy pumpkin layer that basically melts in your mouth. And add a big dollop of whipped cream on top?! CHEF’S KISS. 🤌🏻🎃

It’s easy to make, packed with cozy fall flavor, and would be the perfect pumpkin dessert for Halloween, Thanksgiving, or any fall gathering!

Want the recipe? Comment “RECIPE” below and I’ll send it your way! 👇🏻

POV: you let your tuxedo cat snuggle on you while wearing a dark colored sweat set… rookie mistake. 😹

Consider this my official reminder to NEVER wear burgundy while cuddling Charlie again. 😂 One snuggle session later and my entire outfit is covered in black and white cat hair.

And the craziest part?! We literally JUST brushed her yesterday. 😬 How does one fluffy little tuxedo cat have this much fur to give?!

Being a cat mom basically means accepting that cat hair is now an accessory, your lint roller is your best friend, and you’ll be doing laundry for the rest of your life. 🤣

Thankfully, Charlie is cute enough to get away with it… and clearly VERY unbothered by the fact that she completely ruined my outfit. 😹

Tuxedo cat parents… PLEASE tell me I’m not the only one constantly covered in cat hair?! 👇🏻

10 YEARS. 🤍😭

Today is our 10 year wedding anniversary, and I truly cannot believe an entire decade has already gone by. Somehow, it feels like we were just saying “I do,” and at the same time, I can’t imagine a version of my life without you in it.

Logan, you are my rock, my safe space, my biggest supporter, my constant encourager, and most importantly, my best friend. 🤍

This past year has probably been one of the hardest years we’ve walked through together. Between everything going on with my health, the uncertainty surrounding my job and my future, and all the unknowns we’ve had to navigate, life has looked a lot different than I ever imagined it would.

But through every hard day, every appointment, every disappointment, every fear, and every unknown, you have been right there beside me. You’ve supported me, encouraged me, taken care of me, made me laugh when I needed it most, and reminded me over and over again that I never have to go through any of it alone.

And I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fully put into words how much that means to me.

I’m so incredibly blessed that God gave me you. 🥹🤍 I would choose you over and over again in every lifetime.

Happy 10 year anniversary, Logan!! I love you more than you’ll ever know. Here’s to the next 10 years, and every single year after that. 🥂🤍

A whole decade down, forever to go. ♾️

POV: you’re overstimulated, exhausted, SUPER hangry… and then you drop your entire hot lunch on the kitchen floor 😩🤣

Because WHY do these things always happen when you’ve already hit your limit for the day?! Like that was quite literally my final straw 😂

And the best part? I had JUST cleaned the kitchen floors. Of course I did. 🙃 But at least this runner is vinyl so it’s easy to clean too thankfully!

Nothing humbles you quite like standing in your freshly cleaned kitchen, staring at the lunch you were so excited to eat… on the floor. 😂

Just one of those real-life moments where you have to laugh so you don’t cry and keep rolling with life’s punches.

Please tell me I’m not the only one who has days where one tiny inconvenience feels like the absolute LAST STRAW?! 😩👇🏻

Remember that gorgeous amber glass pumpkin candle

Remember that gorgeous amber glass pumpkin candle from @antiquecandleco_ I shared last month?! Well… I’m sad to report that I’ve already burned through the entire thing 🤣 It smelled THAT good!

But honestly, one of my favorite things about this fall candle is that the beautiful amber glass pumpkin jar can be repurposed once the candle is gone. After giving mine a good clean, I turned it into the cutest little Halloween candy jar! 🍬🎃

So basically, it’s a 2-for-1: you get an amazing smelling fall candle AND an adorable reusable pumpkin jar for your fall and Halloween decor. 🙌🏻

I love finding ways to reuse seasonal decor instead of putting it away or tossing it—and this amber pumpkin looks so cute filled with Halloween candy!

Want one for your home too? Comment “CANDLE” below and I’ll send you the link! 👇🏻

POV: your bedroom officially entered its cozy fall era 🍂🤎

Sharing some cozy fall bedroom stills today because this room might be one of my favorite spaces I’ve decorated for fall this year! There’s just something about rich autumn colors, warm candlelight, and seasonal touches that makes a bedroom feel SO much cozier.

And can we talk about these new fall eucalyptus trees from @nearlynaturalfloral?! 😍 I feel like they completely pulled the whole fall bedroom look together. The deep, moody colors are perfect for creating that warm and cozy autumn vibe I love.

I swear I sleep better when my bedroom is decorated for the season too. 😂 Anyone else?!

And of course, it wouldn’t be fall in our house without an @antiquecandleco_ candle burning. 🕯️🍁 Their fall scents make the entire house smell like autumn perfection!

If you’ve never tried Antique Candle Co. before, you can use my code Macedonia20 for 20% off! 🤎

Are you team decorate every room for fall or do you keep the seasonal decor to just a few spaces? Tell me below! 👇🏻

When my hubby first got this rotating watch display case, I’m not gonna lie… I thought he was being a little ridiculous and extra 😂 Like, do the watches really need their own light-up display?!

Turns out… yes. Yes, they do. 🤣

Now I totally get the hype! I love the blue LED light in the background, the slow rotating display, and how it keeps his watch collection organized instead of having watches scattered all over the place. It honestly looks SO cool sitting out too!

And if you’re looking for a unique gift for a husband, boyfriend, dad, or any watch lover in your life, I feel like this would be such a good gift idea. 👏🏻⌚️ Especially for the guy who already seems to have everything!

Apparently I’m enabling the watch obsession now instead of questioning it. 😂

Would the watch-obsessed man in your life love this too?! 👇🏻

Remember when I painted that Target cat statue to look just like my Charlie?! 😹 Well apparently, I forgot to get Riley’s approval first.

Little Miss Riley discovered the finished DIY cat statue proudly displayed on the porch, and her reaction absolutely sent me. 💀

At first, I’m pretty sure she thought we had brought home a FOURTH cat without consulting her. She kept staring at it from a safe distance like, “Ummm… excuse me?! Who is THAT?!” 👀🐈

Eventually, she worked up enough courage to jump up there and confront the mysterious imposter cat herself… only to realize it was FAKE. 🤣

And then, of course, she immediately had to play it cool like she totally knew that the entire time. 😹

Nothing humbles a cat faster than realizing she just tried to intimidate a painted statue. 😂

Cat moms, please tell me I’m not the only one whose cats get suspicious over literally ANY new piece of decor?!
