Little Miss Riley turns into a fierce little huntress every time she spots a bird outside! 😹🐦 The second she sees one from our screened-in porch, the cat chirping begins and it cracks me up every single time.

She acts like she’s ready to take on the entire bird population, but let’s be honest… this indoor cat has never hunted anything a day in her life. 😂 Somehow that screened-in porch makes her feel all big and bad!

As a cat mom, I love watching all the funny cat behaviors that come out when Toby and Riley start bird watching. Those adorable chirps, chattering noises, and intense stares are seriously the cutest thing ever. 🐾

I know the beach isn’t everyone’s favorite place, but for me, there’s something incredibly healing about sitting by the ocean and listening to the waves roll in. 🌊

Living with chronic illness can feel overwhelming at times, and stress has a way of piling up faster than we realize. But the moment I sink my toes into the sand, breathe in the salty air, and watch the endless horizon, everything seems a little lighter.

A beach day isn’t just a vacation, it’s a reset for my mind, body, and soul. Whether it’s a quick walk along the shore or hours spent listening to the waves, the ocean always reminds me to slow down, breathe, and be present.

Anyone else feel like the beach is the ultimate stress relief? 🩵🌴

I’m so tired of living like this, y’all. 💔

Just look at how badly my hands are shaking in this video. Yet every appointment seems to end with the same thing: “Your labs are normal, everything looks fine.”

But does this look fine to you?

I’m a dental hygienist, and when these episodes happen, I can barely hold my instruments. The shaking, internal vibrations, dizziness, nausea, racing heart rate, and feeling like I’m about to pass out have become a regular part of my life. It’s scary, frustrating, and honestly exhausting.

For years, I’ve been searching for answers while dealing with chronic illness symptoms that continue to get worse. Being told everything is “normal” when you know something is wrong is one of the hardest parts of this journey.

The good news is that I finally found a functional neurologist who actually listened to me and took my concerns seriously. 🙏 I have a full neurological workup scheduled for July 6th, and it truly cannot get here fast enough.

I’m desperate for answers. I’m tired of feeling miserable. And I’m hoping this appointment is finally the next step toward figuring out what’s causing these tremors, heart rate spikes, dizziness, and other symptoms.

Please keep me in your prayers that this appointment goes well and that I don’t hear the famous line, “Well, your labs are fine,” one more time. 😂🤞

Sometimes the smallest gifts carry the biggest meaning. 💛

After my endometriosis excision surgery, I treated myself to a special little gift from Kendra Scott. Using their Color Bar, I created a custom yellow necklace because yellow is the official color of Endometriosis Awareness.

This necklace is more than just jewelry. It’s a reminder to keep going on the hard days. To keep sharing my journey with endometriosis, chronic illness, chronic fatigue, and all the invisible struggles that so many women face every day.

If you’ve been following along, you know that surgery hasn’t been the miracle fix I hoped for. I’m still navigating symptoms, fatigue, and recovery. Some days it’s hard to explain just how exhausting chronic illness can be unless you’ve lived it yourself.

But this necklace reminds me that my story matters. It reminds me to continue advocating for better awareness, earlier diagnosis, and more conversations around women’s health. It reminds me to be a voice for those who feel unheard and to keep fighting for a future where endometriosis is taken seriously.

One of the greatest blessings from sharing my journey online has been finding this incredible community. I’ve met so many amazing women who truly understand the challenges of living with endometriosis, POTS-like symptoms, chronic pain, and chronic fatigue. Knowing we’re not alone makes all the difference.

So thank you for continuing to listen, support, and learn alongside me. 💛 I promise to keep showing up, sharing my story, and spreading awareness for the millions of women living with endometriosis.

This is Riley’s absolute favorite form of entertainment. We rarely get bugs inside, but when one manages to make its way in, she transforms into a tiny lion on a mission. 😂

What’s even funnier is that she’s been an indoor cat her entire life, yet her hunting skills are surprisingly impressive. The focus. The determination. The stalking. It’s all there. 🤣
