If you’ve been around here awhile, then you know my husband built a detached garage on the side of house last year. And of course, he had to fix it up with all of his man cave decor inside. Which even includes the bathroom. So I figured I would share all his man cave bathroom ideas with you all today.
He actually did an amazing job picking out everything. I didn’t even help him! This was all on his own, and I absolutely love how everything turned out.
It’s funny because his garage bathroom is actually nicer than any bathroom we have in our house! But, if you’re looking to create the ultimate man cave bathroom too, hopefully this post will give you a few ideas and inspiration.

Picking Out The Tile
The first step my hubby did when designing his man-cave bathroom, was to pick out tile. And I think he did a fabulous job picking it out!

You can find the specific tile he used here, but I think all three of them really compliment each other well and pop against each other too. The walk-in shower tile looks so cool with the black tile being on the walls.

It definitely makes it feel very man cave like for sure. And I love the white hexagonal tile as the flooring. It definitely pops against the gray walls too.

You may also remember, he did his own garage flooring too several months ago when it was still being built, but decided to do tile in the bathroom flooring instead of having a concrete floor there too.

And I think that was the perfect choice here! We did have the tile professionally installed though once he picked it all out. It was too big of a DIY project for us to attempt to tackle ourselves.

It’s best to know your own limits and hire out professionals when needed and I am perfectly fine with that!

Bathroom Hooks
Next, he added his own personal touch when it came to all the bathroom accessories. He got a toilet paper holder and towel hooks that looked very similar to industrial pipes.
Which is a great idea for man cave bathroom! It makes everything look sleek and modern. And it ties in nicely with the black tile in the shower too!
Whiskey Barrel Sink
I think the coolest feature and conversation starter in this bathroom is his whiskey barrel sink. He custom ordered it and I just love the way it turned out.

It’s definitely a great addition to a garage man cave bathroom like this for sure. It also has a cabinet for storage underneath too which is very nice since this is a smaller bathroom.
Light Fixtures
I also think he did a perfect job of picking out the light fixture for the bathroom too. It definitely looks nice and vintage, which fits the whole theme of the garage.

And the end result of the light fixture over the whiskey barrel sink is just perfect. I know everyone has different styles when it comes to bathroom decor, but I am just loving this vintage man cave vibe he has going on here!
We also have another pretty cool rustic bathroom that we re-did in our downstairs a few years ago too and I think that one turned out pretty cool as well. But, I don’t think it beats his actual man cave bathroom here!
The Best Man Cave Bathroom Ideas
Well, I hope you enjoyed all these man cave bathroom ideas and can see what a huge difference they make to a regular, builder grade bathroom.

I absolutely love the transformation and the design element turned out so much better than I was expecting. I’m aways one to have a relaxing bath instead of a shower, but I do think this walk in shower is just perfect for man cave bathroom too.

My hubby is absolutely obsessed with how everything turned out too and it’s been a fun experience watching him take over and style things the way he wants to as well.

Because, let’s be honest, I’m in charge of all the house decor so it’s nice to see take charge over on the garage! Does your hubby have his own man cave bathroom too? If so, I’d love to hear all about it below!
