I officially made it through my first full week back to work after a month-long surgery leave, and whew… the post-op fatigue is NO joke.

Every evening has looked pretty much the same: clock out, soak my aching body in a scorching hot bath, grab my heating pad, put on my weighted eye mask, and immediately take a cat nap before I can even think about making dinner or doing anything around the house. 😴

I knew recovering from endometriosis excision surgery would take time, but I didn’t expect the exhaustion to hit this hard after returning to work. My body is definitely reminding me that healing isn’t always a straight line.

Right now, this little recovery routine is getting me through:
💛 Hot bath
💛 Heating pad on full blast
💛 Weighted eye mask (shoutout to @nodpodofficial)
💛 Emergency evening nap

Thankfully, it’s finally the weekend, and I can focus on resting and recharging before doing it all over again next week.

Kitchen Organization Ideas For Pots And Pans

Nothing aggravates me more than having a messy kitchen without adequate storage solutions. And that’s exactly what I was dealing with beforehand in my small kitchen. But thankfully, I’ve came up with some kitchen organization ideas for pots and pans through the help of Caraway Home.

I don’t have a lot of space for my kitchen pots, so I needed a clever idea and a good organization system to store them all. And the good news is that if you have easy access to your cabinet space, you can easily get all your pots and pans organized too.

And even if you don’t have enough cabinet space, you could always use some counter space instead too. I will be showing you just how this organization system works and how you can easily achieve it for yourself too.

Keep on reading to see just how easy it is to have nice, organized kitchen cabinets full of your cookware collection!

Pots and Pans Organization

How To Organize A Cookware Set

I have the cookware set from Caraway Home and thankfully it includes complimentary storage organizers. This is what has saved me from a messy, unorganized kitchen.

My cookware set included a ceramic coated fry pan, sauce pan with lid, sauté pan with lid, and a dutch oven with a lid too. The storage bins came in four different pieces with the dimensions being a total of: 6.5” L x 16.7” W x 6” H | 3 lbs.

Before Adding Pots and Pans

This specific cookware rack is designed for clean, clutter free cookware, providing ample storage space for your cookware set.

They make your pots and pans within easy reach, even if you place them all the way in the back of the cabinet. And this cookware is so pretty that it looks beautiful on the counter too. So if you have enough counter space, you could just leave them on display everyday!

Pan Organizer

And you may remember from my last post about Caraway Home, all of their products are non-toxic too. So that makes me feel safe and comfortable cooking with them in the kitchen.

These pots and pans are all PFAS, PTFE & PFOA free, as well as free from lead, cadmium, and plastic too. If you’re looking for new pots for the new year, you definitely should consider Caraway Home. Not only for all the organization benefits I am including here, but just for the safety and efficiency of this cookware too!

Adding Pots and Pans

How To Organize Pot Lids

Now, you may be thinking, well that’s a great way to organize the pots and pans, but what about the lids? Well, thankfully, this cookware set also includes a canvas lid organizer too!

This can hang in the back of your cabinets or even on the cabinet door for space saving, easy-access lid storage! This lid organizer measures 21.5” L x 13.3” W x 0.3” H | 0.5 lbs and it’s the perfect place to keep all different shapes and different sizes of your lids together, nice and organized!

If you have empty wall space in your kitchen, you could even hang it there too. There are so many options to keeping your pots and pans as organized as possible!

Lid Organizer

How To Organize Bakeware

If you know me, then you know I am an avid baker. I love to bake sweet treats and share recipes. But, storing all the muffin tins, cookie sheets, sheet pans, and other baking essentials has always been a challenge for me.

Caraway Baking Set

But yet again, Caraway Home has come to my rescue with their bakeware storage organizer. I have their half bakeware set, and thankfully it comes with the organizer as well. It measures 10.5” L x 6” W x 8” H | 1.2 lbs and provides storage that is designed for clean, clutter-free bakeware.

Kitchen Cabinet Organization Ideas

Like I mentioned, I don’t have a lot of room in my kitchen, so usually I just stuffed all my baking pans in the small side drawer by my oven. But, it was so hard to keep everything organized because it all would just fall on top of each other.

Baking Pans Organization

After fixing it with this storage organizer, my bakeware is much more easier and convenient to grab whenever I need something. This pull-out organizer is so handy and really helps me keep all my baking supplies nice and organized!

Other Storage Ideas

I do have some other pots and pans that aren’t specifically from Caraway such as a cast iron skillet. Y’all know we love to cook some filets in that skillet!

And I don’t really have an extra pan organizer rack for all my cast iron pieces. So I will usually just store those in the bottom warming drawer to our oven.

That way, they are readily accessible, but also out of plain sight too. And that drawer was really an unused space before so it works out perfectly now storing my skillets!

If you have enough room in your kitchen, you could always use a rolling cart too for storage as well. Or even some hanging pot racks as well. I love the way those look in an old kitchen too! I think it gives it so much character.

Enjoy Your Organized Pots and Pans!

Well, I hope this post gave you some insight on how to store pots in your kitchen. And if you haven’t tried out Caraway Home before, you definitely need to.

Not only is their cookware and bakeware amazing, but their storage solutions are top tier. It’s nice to have a variety of pots and pans all nice and organized in your kitchen island or cabinets.

And starting organization in the beginning of the new year is always a great idea too. It’s a simple way to get your kitchen running smoothly for all of 2026.

But then I heard about the “wear sunglasses while chopping onions” hack and y’all… why does it actually work?! 😅 So now anytime my hubby isn’t home to take over onion duty, you can catch me in the kitchen wearing sunglasses indoors looking ridiculous but tear-free 😎

If you’ve ever wondered how to stop crying while cutting onions, consider this your sign to try the sunglasses trick! It may look silly, but it seriously helps block those onion fumes from hitting your eyes 👏

Now I need to know… does anyone else have weird kitchen hacks like this? 😂 #kitchenhacks #cookinghacks #onionhack #cookinghack #onions
