Honestly, I really thought by now I’d be coming on here saying I finally felt like myself again. I wanted this surgery to be the answer so badly. But the truth is… I’m still struggling every single day.

The lower back pain, hip pain, chronic fatigue, GI issues, insomnia, dizziness, and POTS-like symptoms are all still here. And while my surgeon was absolutely wonderful and removed the endometriosis she found, we’re now starting to realize there may be something more going on underneath it all.

Right now we’re exploring possibilities like EDS, MCAS, and POTS, which honestly feels overwhelming because getting doctors to truly listen and take women seriously can feel like a full time job in itself. I know so many women with chronic illness, endometriosis, and invisible illnesses understand exactly what I mean.

But even though I’m discouraged, I’m not giving up. I know my body, I know something still isn’t right, and I’ll continue advocating for myself until I get answers. And if sharing my story helps even one woman feel less alone in her own health journey, then it’s worth it 🤍 #chronicillnessawareness #chronicillnesswarrior #endometriosis #endometriosisexcision #chronicallyill

The Best Colostrum Brand

For a couple of months now, I have been taking powdered colostrum. Which when I first heard about it, I had no idea really what it was. I was seeing it all over Instagram and my social media. So I decided to research it more and determine why I should started taking it. As well as what the best colostrum brand is.

And after researching, and trying it out myself, I am happy to report that I have came up with the answer! If you’re curious about colostrum and want to know more information, then be sure to check out my post below.

I will be explaining all the benefits to taking colostrum daily and why you should add it into your daily routine too. You may remember I mentioned colostrum back in my post about hair loss a few weeks ago too.

And not only does it benefit your hair, but much, much more too! So definitely keep on reading to find out more about my favorite colostrum products!

ARMRA

Full disclosure, I am not a healthcare provider or registered dietitian, so please consult your medical providers before taking any kind of new supplement to make sure it is right for you! This post also contains affiliate links, which means I make a small commission off anything you purchase through here, at no additional cost to you. Please read my full privacy policy for more details.

What Is The Best Colostrum Brand?

If you already read my post I mentioned above, then you know I highly recommend ARMRA Colostrum. In my opinion, this brand has worked wonders for me and I have enjoyed taking it. So for this post, I will be talking purely about ARMRA’s colostrum and ways it can benefit you too! ARMRA is nature’s first bioactive whole food bovine colostrum that is uniquely optimized for human health too!

What Exactly Is Colostrum?

Colostrum is actually a dairy food produced by all mammals within the first 48-72 hours after giving birth. It is the first form of milk that a baby can receive.

You may have heard of it being referred to as “liquid gold”. Since it is the very first nutrition we receive in life and contains everything else we need to survive and thrive too.

Current research shows that colostrum provides the vital functions of protecting and strengthening the mucosal barriers of newborns. And it activates physiologic pathways at the cellular level as well.

ARMRA colostrum contains over 400 active bioactive nutrients which in turn provides protective antibodies, whole food prebiotics, free amino acids, strengthening peptides, immunoglobulins, trace minerals, tissue growth factors, adaptogens, tissue growth factors, mitochondrial regenerators, antioxidants, and other supportive compounds to name a few!

All of these active ingredients act like a blueprint for the body which in turn helps cellular regeneration and repair. As you can see, it is definitely not just regular cow’s milk.

ARMRA Scoop

The ARMRA Revival

We all know that stress, pollutants, toxins, chemicals, medications, nutrient deficiencies, and so much more can damage and affect our bodies.

And in fact more than 90,000 new chemicals have been introduced to the public ever since the 1970s. And do you know how much of them have been tested for safety?! Only 1%!!

So no wonder that modern living damages the mucosal barrier. But thankfully, ARMRA Colostrum™ can help build it back! Continue reading to see how this pure bovine colostrum can help in so many different ways!

The Barrier

The gut barrier is actually composed of 4 layers:

1. Gut Cell Barrier

2. Mucous Layer

3. Microbiome

4. Immune Cells and Antibodies

To have a healthy mucosal barrier means to have it in balance. Allowing the body to absorb all the essential nutrients, but also keeping out all the unhealthy substances we can take in just from breathing, eating, and drinking.

All the items mentioned above can cause this barrier to become more penetrable, which in turn makes it easier for the harmful particles to get inside our bodies. Which includes bacteria, mold, viruses, allergens, and environmental toxins.

All these exposures can make us ill, but also cause the immune system to activate and inappropriately trigger inflammation. In turn, this leads to so many modern health issues.

Such as allergies, weight gain, autoimmune disorders, digestive issues, bloating, mental fog, sleep disturbances, anxiety, depression, and so much more!

But again, ARMRA is formulated to help your body build back a better barrier and support a healthy microbiome.

The Best Colostrum
I love adding the unflavored colostrum into my morning iced coffee!

Benefits Of ARMA Colostrum

By taking ARMRA daily, you can experience so many beneficial effects to your body. Antibodies can strengthen your immune system and optimize cellular health for whole body benefits. I will list some of the key potential benefits and side effects below for you as well.

Fortify Gut Health

If you struggle with boosting like I do, then this product is a lifesaver for you. I always tend to have bloating and digestive tract issues due to my endometriosis.

Sometimes, it doesn’t even matter what I eat, I could have the healthiest diet ever and still feel bloated in the evenings.

So by taking this daily, it has greatly improved this issue for me. ARMA fortifies your entire gut wall, optimizes your microbiome, and strengthens the gut wall. Which in turn blocks out all the irritants that can cause uncomfortable bloating and constipation.

Strengthen Immunity

I tend to always get sick around the holidays. I joke and say that it’s time for my “Christmas cold”. And working in people’s mouths all day (in case you didn’t know- I’m a registered dental hygienist!) doesn’t seem to help my immune system.

Especially if they come in sick with a cold too. So I was desperate to try something that actually worked and helped strengthen my immune system. I’ve taken all the “immune gummies” and supplements before, but nothing seemed to work for me.

Until I started this. I have been around sick people and have thankfully, not caught anything here recently. And especially heading into the dreaded cold and flu season, I wanted my immune system to be strong and impenetrable!

Since ARMRA strengthens your immune barriers, it blocks out all the unwanted toxins that can come in and weaken the immune system. Keeping you strong and healthy!

Ignite Metabolism

All the toxins that enter into your body through a weakened gut barrier can cause a slower metabolism and inflammation.

Taking colostrum can help you absorb more nutrients, support balanced blood sugar levels, and modulates horomones. Such as leptin, which is a fat burning trigger that can boost your peak metabolic performance.

Improve Mood, Energy, and Focus

If you want to feel clear and focused throughout the day, you should definitely start taking this! Gut health and brain health are directly related so by taking colostrum, you are supporting the production of hormones like serotonin and GABA.

Which in turn promotes the health of your brain cells. This ultimately translates into improved mood, mental clarity, and clean energy. Which you can experience without a caffeine crash!

The Best Colostrum Brand
You can make several yummy mocktails with the different flavors of colostrum too!

Restore Sleep

ARMRA helps to balance out your cardiac rhythm. Since ARMRA helps revive microbiome health, it in turn fuels synthesis of hormones and neurotransmitters that are essential for regulating the sleep cycle.

For example, like melatonin, which when produced at the gut wall is 400x higher than in the brain.

Support Sinus Health

By taking ARMRA, you can focus on feeling your best all year round! This supplement can seal and strengthen the immune barriers for your nasal passages, sinuses, and lungs!

These barriers can in turn block out all the allergens entering your body and triggering symptoms. This is definitely a must during peak allergy season! Get your immune health back in shape by taking ARMRA daily!

Enhance Skin Radiance

Of course you know that glowing skin begins from within. And by taking ARMRA you can get strong anti-inflammatory benefits with prebiotics, antioxidants, vitamins, growth factors, and regenerative peptides that actually help to reverse age-related changes.

Also, helps active collagen production, enhance skin radiance, and strengthen the skin barrier. Which ultimately protects against toxins and UV light damage.

Activate Hair Growth

You may remember this from my telogen effluvium hair loss post, but this was one of the main reasons I actually started taking colostrum supplementation.

When you experience hair loss, you are willing to try out anything and everything to reverse it. And luckily for me, not only has my hair improved drastically, but I am experiencing all these other amazing benefits as well.

Studies have shown that ARMRA helps reactive hair follicle stem cells and supports the hair microbiome. Which combats hair loss by reversing the inflammation and blocking chemical damage to the hair follicle.

Fuel Performance and Recovery

If you’re into working out and training, taking a colostrum powder is something you should also consider. Preliminary research has shown that taking colostrum can give you up to a 20% improvement in fitness strength, stamina, and endurance.

It’s also been shown that it can decrease your recovery time after exercise to up to 50% as well. By taking colostrum daily, it can enhance nutrient absorption, stop inflammation, and fuel cellular regeneration with peptides, growth factors, and functional nutrients for your best athletic performance yet!

By taking this supplement, you can harness all the strength, recovery support, and mobility that even the most professional athletes have.

How To Take ARMRA Colostrum

This high-quality supplement is in powder form, which makes it easy to add into many different drinks, smoothies, yogurt, etc. ARMRA Immune Revival is available in several different flavors as well.

I would say the most common one would be their unflavored jar. Even though it states it is unflavored, I think if you add it to just plain water, it kind of makes for a milky fluid. Which isn’t bad, but I do think there is a slight flavor there.

ARMRA Mocktail

I like using this one in my iced coffees, or my pre-workout that I drink. If you add it into something that is already flavored, then you really don’t notice it. And you always want to add it into some kind of cold beverage.

Adding colostrum into something with high heat can damage all the bioactive compounds and whole foods in the product and not be as effective. They also have different flavors such as blood orange, watermelon, and peach (seasonal).

I have tried the blood orange too and really like that one as well. It tastes delicious in regular water, or you can even add it into recipes to make a mocktail with it too!

ARMRA Mocktail Recipe

Enjoy The Variety Of Health Benefits From Taking Colostrum

Well, as you can see from all the recent research above, as far as dietary supplements go, ARMRA Colostrum is definitely one of the best!

Who doesn’t want their immune response and immune function to be top notch as we are about to enter cold and flu season?! I know I sure do.

And after reviewing the best colostrum supplements, I think ARMRA is definitely a solid choice. It’s a reputable brand with a very high-quality product so you can easily add this into your daily wellness routine.

And good news for you- you can use my code “Charity” to get 15% off your first order with ARMRA Colostrum! I promise you will love all the gut health benefits and everything else you receive just from taking it daily.

Have you ever tried taking a colostrum supplement like this? Or do you yourself take ARMRA too?! I’d love to hear how you take it below too. Let me know if you have any good mocktail recipes for it! I love trying new ones out!

If you’ve ever wondered how to stop crying while cutting onions, consider this your sign to try the sunglasses trick! It may look silly, but it seriously helps block those onion fumes from hitting your eyes 👏

Now I need to know… does anyone else have weird kitchen hacks like this? 😂 #kitchenhacks #cookinghacks #onionhack #cookinghack #onions
Y’all already know I’ve been on a serious freezer Y’all already know I’ve been on a serious freezer meal kick lately since I unfortunately have to go back to work next week 😭 And let me tell you… having a freezer stocked full of easy homemade dinners is about to save me on those busy weeknights!

One of my all-time favorite freezer meals is this homemade chicken pot pie recipe 🥧✨ It definitely takes a little extra work, especially if you make the homemade pie crust from scratch; but trust me, it is SO worth it. The creamy chicken filling, flaky buttery crust, and cozy comfort food vibes make it one of the best dinners ever.

Anytime I make homemade chicken pot pie, I always make two: one for dinner now and one freezer meal for later. And this time, I took my extra frozen chicken pot pie to my sweet mama after her surgery yesterday 💛 It’s honestly the perfect meal to bring someone recovering from surgery, welcoming a new baby, or just going through a hard season because all they have to do is pop it in the oven for an easy homemade comfort meal.

If you love easy freezer meals, homemade comfort food recipes, or make-ahead dinners for busy families, you definitely need to try this one!

So instead of using the actual truck bed for two 1 So instead of using the actual truck bed for two 12-foot trees, he somehow decides cramming them into my SUV is the better option 🤣 And I’m still shocked they even fit. Barely 😅

Meanwhile, his shiny new truck is sitting safe and spotless in the garage where not a single speck of dirt or potting soil can touch it 😂🚙

Tell me I’m not the only wife dealing with this kind of logic?! 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 #marriagehumor #povreels #funnymarriage #husbandwifecomedy #husbandwifejokes
I can’t believe it’s officially been one month sin I can’t believe it’s officially been one month since my endometriosis excision surgery.
