- Ā¼ cup non-dairy milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

How To Make Healthy Blueberry Muffins
First, preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Then, prepare your muffin pan. You can either use muffin liners or spray some cooking spray into muffin tin as well. Be sure to only use 9 paper liners or cupcake liners though as this specific recipe only makes 9 muffins.
In a medium bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. Then, in a large mixing bowl bowl, whisk together all the wet ingredients, except the blueberries. Add half of the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients as well as the blueberries.

Mix together well and then add in the rest of the dry ingredients, being sure to scrape the sides of the bowl in order to fully mix everything together. Pour muffin batter into prepared muffin cups evenly and place in preheated oven.

Cook for 5 minutes at 425 degrees and then drop the temperature down to 350 degrees. Cook muffins for another 15 minutes at new temperature. Remove muffins from oven and check with toothpick to ensure doneness.
Let muffins cool in muffin pan for 5 minutes and then transfer to wire rack to let them cool down to room temperature.
How To Store Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins
Once cool, be sure to store these delicious muffins in an airtight container for up to 5 days. You can also freeze these Weight Watchers blueberry muffins in a freezer bag for up to 3 months too.
But, you may not have to worry about how to store leftovers, because these muffins are just so good! Since it only makes 9 yummy muffins, they may be gone in no time!
