Raspberry Lime Mocktail
To make this easy and delicious raspberry lime mocktail, you only need a handful of ingredients listed below:
- Fresh Raspberries
- Fresh Lime Juice
- Mint
- Club Soda
First, you need to muddle the fresh raspberries, lime juice from 1/2 a lime, and a couple of mint leaves together. Add some ice to your glass and then top with club soda.
If you want more raspberry flavor, top it off with some sugar free raspberry syrup. Garnish with more fresh raspberries and a mint leaf and enjoy!
This healthy mocktail is one of my all time favorite summer mocktails! It’s such a refreshing drink full of great flavor.
And I love me some fruity drinks, but I don’t love all the calories and sugar that come with them. So this easy mocktail is definitely one of my all time favorites for that reason alone!
Cranberry Rosemary Ice Cubes
You may remember my festive cranberry rosemary ice cubes I made last year during the holiday season. These are such a great addition to just simple, sparkling water.
If you want a drink for a special occasion while trying to continue with your healthy eating habits, these would be perfect. Just pour it into a champagne flute to make it even more fancy!
I know the holiday time of year is hard to look after your overall health. There’s always food, drinks, and snacks around.
So if you’re trying to have drink options with more healthy ingredients, this is a great way to do so. And you just need 3 simple ingredients to make them:
- Fresh Rosemary
- Fresh Cranberries
- Pomegranate Juice (You could also use cranberry juice too)
- Ice Cube Trays
To make these fun ice cubes, place cranberries and rosemary into the ice cube trays. Then, top it off with pomegranate (or cranberry) juice. Place in the freezer and freeze until solid. Add to your favorite sparkling mineral water or drink of choice to make it festive and fun!
Sparkling Blood Orange Mocktail
Y’all may remember my ARMRA colostrum blog post where I was mentioning all the potential benefits you get from taking ARMRA daily.
And not only do you get so many health benefits from taking it, but you can turn it into a fun mocktail as well! ARMRA Colostrum comes in several different flavors, one being blood orange.
Which happens to be my favorite! All you need to do is add 2-3 scoops of ARMRA into plain water. Mix it together with a frother, and then top with some sparkling blood orange water.
My favorite is Polar Seltzer’Ade in Blood Orange Lemonade. Not only does it taste like sparkling lemonade with a hint of blood orange, but it is 0 calories and has no sugar content!
So as far as healthy drinks go, these Seltzer’Ades make for great options! You can add them into mocktail drink recipes like this, or just enjoy them by themselves too! Another great option is the orange vanilla sparkling water too. That tastes just like a cream soda in my opinion!
Blueberry Lime Mocktail
Another one of my favorite mocktail recipes is this blueberry lime mocktail. I love this one because you make your own blueberry simple syrup essentially for it. To do that you just need two ingredients:
- Fresh Blueberries
- Truvia Sweetener
To make the simple syrup, combine 1 cup water, 1 cup Truvia, and the fresh blueberries together in a saucepan. Cook the blueberries down until you get a syrup-like mixture.
Cool completely and store in a glass container in the fridge until ready to use. Then, to make the mocktail, I like to add this simple syrup, fresh lime juice, and mint to the bottom of a glass and muddle together.
Then, I like to add in some ice and top it with Topo Chico Blueberry Hibiscus Sparkling Water! To garnish, I’ll throw in some more blueberries, lime wedge, and/or sprig of mint. So pretty and delicious too!
Enjoy These Healthy Mocktail Recipes!
Well as you can see, when it comes to virgin drinks, they don’t have to be boring and full of sugar! You can make a delicious mocktail that is not only healthy for you, but fun to drink as well.
So instead of regular cocktails, try making some of these mocktails that are perfect for the whole family. If you’re participating in dry January or just being more conscious of your alcohol intake, these recipes are definitely for you to try!
I just love a good low-sugar mocktail full of fresh ingredients. And my DIY herb garden definitely comes in handy for these recipes too. I love being able to just go out on my porch and snip some fresh herbs for my mocktails whenever I want!
If you try out any of these mocktails, let me know! I’d love to know what you think about them!
