Happy Wednesday friends! I can’t believe we are just a week away from Christmas Eve! I need time to slow down. Although I’m ready to get tomorrow over with, cause then I will be on Christmas break! And I can enjoy my cozy Christmas bedroom even more by not having to set an alarm all break!! 😂 I’m so excited!! 😆

Well I just thought I had a good 18 more years or so before I even had to think about getting a colonoscopy. Jokes on me though because I now get to go get one done at the ripe ol age of 32 😩 I was seriously dreading this prep, but honestly, adding Gatorade instead of just water is a huge game changer and doesn’t taste as bad. Y’all wish me luck though cause I still gotta another bottle to go through 😂

Endometriosis is not “just bad period cramps.” It

Endometriosis is not “just bad period cramps.”
It affects me every single day in ways most people never see. It can spread throughout the body, impacting organs like the bowels, kidneys, liver, and more.

To help shed light on what I (and so many other women) live with, I created a “12 Days of Endometriosis”- because for us, the symptoms don’t magically stop after December 25th. And on really lucky days, I experience all 12 at once (sometimes even more) 😂

I won’t even dive into every symptom, but I will say this: I’m exhausted from being dismissed by doctors, from the lack of adequate care, and from being told there’s still no cure for the pain. Women’s healthcare deserves better, period.

If sharing this brings even a little awareness to this space, then it’s worth it. And if you’re living with this cruel disease too, please know you are not alone ♥️

I always love Starbucks festive drinks, but I don’t love all the added sugars and everything they put into them. So I love to try to make a “healthier” version at home. That way you can still enjoy these festive drinks without all the unnecessary additions! I made this Starbucks Copycat Gingerbread Latte a few years ago, and it’s always still a hit!
